hehehe - All the postwork was completed within Mandelbulb itself. I occasionally do some work on images in Photoshop, but that is generally just to enhance colour.

I see, well sometimes pictures need a small amount of postwork/edit
and if it's imperceptible process and only you know about it that's ok
because sometimes we are not satisfied with the final product of our work
so we're ready for the next step. You know that any change you do on your
images change the categories. If the change is small it can remain raw but
if it's visible and even those who don't understand what they see it's
then manipulation,in our case it would be fractal manipulation.I presume
that most of the works remain in raw form because even the creators don't
believe that these changes, which include photomanipulation will be noticed.
What you think about it?

Also - I tend to do most of my post-work in Mandelbulb itself, so I kind of consider that to be part of the very creative make-up of the fractal itself. I think that the fractal exists in a raw state until it is taken out of Mandelbulb and edited in another piece of software :D

Yes my friend, you're right it includes all programs
Mandelbulb,Apophysis,Ultra Fractal,Fractal Explorer
etc.I mostly use Gimp because I started with him and
I love that software.I guess you're using Photoshop.
I noticed high quality render and post-work finesse
in your work but I'm strictly interested in something
else which is closely related whit you.Whether it can
be said that you avoiding complex formulas because if
that is true you're not only one.I conclude from my
previous experience that some formulas are difficult
to handle.Such kind of formulas are unstable and don't
have the desired firmness to raise maximum quality
of the structure!!!

I have played with a few complex formulas, but there's still so much to find with the simpler ones for now - I guess at some point I'll have a tinker with more complex formulas :D

I feel much the same way - most of the post-work I do is very small, i.e. just tweaking the colours slightly, so I still consider them to be raw fractals - it's only when I make more major changes that I consider them to be manipulations.

Exactly,as I expected.I'm glad you agree with me.
Many people here absolutely have no idea what
they're doing.Sometimes I just don't understand.
